The Ultimate Challenge! Prepare to Sweat! The FITKOR BOOT CAMP is an awesome workout. Enjoy the camaraderie and healthy competition in this friendly group. Burn a ton of calories, and have fun at the same time. Become stronger, improve muscle endurance, cardiovascular endurance, speed, quickness, agility, and balance.

 

In this small BOOT CAMP class setting, Josh is able to watch you more closely, examine your technique, make sure you are safe, provide alternate exercises, coach, motivate, and push you through this tough workout. Josh's BOOT CAMP takes place inside and outside XP Fitness on Hilton Head. We use tires, sleds, machines, free - weights, sandbags, kettle bells, sledge hammers, body weight exercises, TRX equipment, kickboxing bags, etc.

Participate at Your Level Of Fitness.
