Personal Training on Hilton Head

After graduating from Colgate University in 1998, Josh began his personal training career at the Bethesda Memorial Hospital Fitness Center in Boynton Beach Florida. In 1999, Josh permanently moved back to Hilton Head where he has been training clients ever since. After owning and operating gyms in the past, Josh now trains clients at XP Fitness on Hilton Head.

As a National Strength & Conditioning Association (NSCA) Certified Personal Trainer and a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist, Josh is certified to the highest level in the fitness industry. Josh's care and concern for people, professionalism, and education, have resulted in a successful business for many years.

He has written numerous health and fitness articles for several publications, and has been a speaker at the Medical Fitness Association National Conference.

Josh's love of fitness began at the age of 12 while playing competitive soccer. His enthusiasm for health and fitness continued as an athlete playing high school soccer, then college soccer, and through his passion and study of the martial arts. Josh has been a student and an assistant instructor in Hung Ga Kung Fu & Shuai Chiao at Sun & Moon Martial Arts for more than 18 years.
